is a native of Chapala. After
graduating from the University in Guadalajara he moved to
California where he worked in real estate for

years.
Upon his return to Mexico, David headed the
customer service at the Chapala branch of Banamex, Mexico's largest bank.
David currently lectures in University of
Guadalajara's High School in Chapala campus and Loyola Institute as
Spanish Grammar and Literature in Junior high and High School.
He loves dealing with people, solving their problems
and managing their properties. After almost 5
years in this position David had helped hundreds of people from all 5
